Patrick-Siarry |
Patrick Siarry is a Professor of Automatics and Informatics at Université Paris-Est Créteil, France and a senior member of IEEE. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and optimization from University Paris VI, Paris, France, in 1986, and the Doctor of Sciences (Habilitation) degree in computer science and optimization from University Paris XI, Orsay, France, in 1994. His main research interests include computer-aided design of electronic circuits, cognitive intelligence, and the applications of new stochastic global optimization heuristics to various engineering fields, also including the fitting of process models to experimental data, the learning of fuzzy rule bases, and neural networks. |

Valentina Emilia Balas |
Valentina E. Balas is Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. cum laude in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of more than 400 research papers. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in-Chief of IJAIP and IJCSysE journals in Inderscience, series editor for two book series in Elsevier, member of the editorial board of several national and international journals and evaluator expert for national, international projects and PhD theses. Dr. Balas is the director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad. Since May 2023 Dr. Balas has been a corresponding member of Romanian Academy of Scientists. She is the recipient of the "Tudor Tanasescu" Prize from the Romanian Academy for contributions in the field of soft computing methods (2019), the “Stefan Odobleja” Prize from Romanian Academy of Scientists (2023 and 2024), and the Diploma – Section Information Technology from The General Association of the Engineers in Romania (AGIR) in 2023. |

Parikshit Narendra Mahalle |
Dr. Parikshit Narendra Mahalle is a senior member of IEEE and a Professor and Dean of Academics at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, India. He is also a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of María Auxiliadora. His research interests are Machine Learning, Data Science, Algorithms, Internet of Things, Identity Management and Security. He is the recipient of the “Best Faculty Award” from Sinhgad Institutes and Cognizant Technology Solutions, the International Level S4DS Distinguished Researcher of the Year 2023, the State Level Meritorious Teacher Award, and the Distinguished Research Guide Award at IEEE ICTBIG 2024, organized by Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Indore. He is also a certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor. |

Thippa Reddy Gadekallu |
Thippa Reddy Gadekallu is currently working as a Professor at Zhejiang A&F University and the Division of Research and Development, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, India. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has more than 400 international/national publications in reputed journals and conferences. Currently, his areas of research include Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Deep Neural Networks, Blockchain, Computer Vision. He has acted as a guest editor in several reputed publishers like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Hindawi, MDPI. He is recently recognized as one among the top 2% scientists in the world as per the survey conducted by Elsevier in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. |

Daowen Qiu |
Daowen Qiu has been a full professor of computer science at Sun Yat-sen University since 2004, and his research interests are focused on new computing models, quantum computing, distributed quantum algorithms, quantum models learning, quantum communication, fuzzy and probabilistic as well as quantum discrete event systems. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers in international journals. He is an editor of some international academic journals, including Theoretical Computer Science. |

Xiaochun Cheng |
Xiaochun Cheng received his BEng degree in Computer Engineering in 1992 and his PhD in Computer Science in 1996. He is a Senior Lecturer of computer science at Swansea University. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has contributed for five times best conference paper awards so far. Five of his papers were in the top 1% of the academic field by Data from Essential Science Indicators. He won three national competitions. He won a national award. He contributed to two computer solutions, which achieved national best results and were adopted nationally. |

Robert Minasian |
Professor Minasian is a Chair Professor with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Sydney, Australia. He is also the Founding Director of the Fibre-optics and Photonics Laboratory. His research has made key contributions to microwave photonics, and he is internationally renowned as a world leader in the field of photonic signal processing. He is recognized as an author of one of the top 1% most highly cited papers in his field worldwide. Professor Minasian was the recipient of the ATERB Medal for Outstanding Investigator, awarded by the Australian Telecommunications and Electronics Research Board. He is a Life Fellow of the IEEE, a Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of the Optical Society of America (now Optica), and a Fellow of The Royal Society of NSW. |

Vijayakumar Varadarajan |
Prof. Dr. Vijayakumar Varadarajan is an EAI Fellow and a professor at University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He is the President and Founder of Global Students Nest. His research interests span grid computing, cloud computing, computer networks, cyber security, and big data analytics. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed national and international journals, conference proceedings, and books, and serves as an active reviewer for prestigious venues including IEEE Transactions, Inderscience, and Springer journals. He received the University-level Best Faculty Award for 2015–2016, and is a member of numerous international professional bodies including IFSA, EAI, BIS, ISTE, IAENG, CSTA, and IEA. |
