Patrick-Siarry |
Patrick Siarry is a Professor of Automatics and Informatics at Université Paris-Est Créteil, France and a senior member of IEEE. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and optimization from University Paris VI, Paris, France, in 1986, and the Doctor of Sciences (Habilitation) degree in computer science and optimization from University Paris XI, Orsay, France, in 1994. His main research interests include computer-aided design of electronic circuits, cognitive intelligence, and the applications of new stochastic global optimization heuristics to various engineering fields, also including the fitting of process models to experimental data, the learning of fuzzy rule bases, and neural networks. |

Azlan bin Mohd Zain |
Azlan bin Mohd Zain is currently a professor of Faculty of Computing (FC), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. His research interests include Optimization, Manufacturing Process Mechanics, Mechanical Processes, Computational Intelligence, Simulation, Statistical Modeling, Pattern Recognition, Prediction, Networking, Machine Learning. He has published 180 papers in prestigious journals, including 12 papers in 2024. In addition, he has won several honors in international competitions in the field of computing, such as: Silver Medal of International Innovation, Invention & Design Competition, Silver Medal of Moulded Parts Produced Through an Innovative Design of MGSS Conformal Cooling Channels, Silver Medal of International Eureka Innovation Exhibition, Research Award of Excellent Service Award Citra Karisma 2019, Gold Medal of Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition and so on. |

Valentina Emilia Balas |
Valentina E. Balas is Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of more than 400 research papers. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief to IJAIP and IJCSysE journals in Inderscience, series editor for two book series in Elsevier, member in Editorial Board of several national and international journals and evaluator expert for national, international projects and PhD Thesis. Dr. Balas is the director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad. During the interval 2021-2022 she was a member of IEEE European Public Policy Committee Working Group on ICT. From May 2023 Dr. Balas is a corresponding member of Romanian Academy of Scientists. She is recipient of the "Tudor Tanasescu" Prize from the Romanian Academy for contributions in the field of soft computing methods (2019), “Stefan Odobleja” Prize from Romanian Academy of Scientists (2023 and 2024) and Diploma – Section Information Technology from The General Association of the Engineers in Romania (AGIR) 2023. |

Parikshit Narendra Mahalle |
Dr. Parikshit Narendra Mahalle is a senior member IEEE and is Professor, Dean Academics at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, India. He is also Post Doctoral Fellow at university of maría Auxiliadora. He has 117 patents, 440+ research publications and authored/edited 82 books with Springer, CRC Press, Cambridge University Press, etc. His research interests are Machine Learning, Data Science, Algorithms, Internet of Things, Identity Management and Security. He is the recipient of “Best Faculty Award” by Sinhgad Institutes and Cognizant Technologies Solutions, International Level S4DS distinguished Researcher of the Year 2023 and State Level Meritorious Teacher Award and Distinguished Research Guide Award at IEEE ICTBIG 2024, organised by Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Indore. He is also Certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor. |

Thippa Reddy Gadekallu |
Thippa Reddy Gadekallu is currently working as a Professor at Zhejiang A&F University and the Division of Research and Development, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, India. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has more than 400 international/national publications in reputed journals and conferences. Currently, his areas of research include Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Deep Neural Networks, Blockchain, Computer Vision. He has acted as a guest editor in several reputed publishers like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Hindawi, MDPI. He is recently recognized as one among the top 2% scientists in the world as per the survey conducted by Elsevier in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. |

Daowen Qiu |
I have been full professor of computer science in Sun Yat-sen University since 2004, and my research interests are focused on new computing models, quantum computing, distributed quantum algorithms, quantum models learning, quantum communication, fuzzy and probabilistic as well as quantum discrete event systems. I have published peer-reviewed over 200 papers in international journals. I am editors of some international academic journals, including Theoretical Computer Science. |

Xiaochun Cheng |
Xiaochun Cheng received his BEng degree in Computer Engineering in 1992 and his PhD in Computer Science in 1996. He is a Senior Lecturer of computer science at Swansea University. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has contributed for five times best conference paper awards so far. Five of his papers were in the top 1% of the academic field by Data from Essential Science Indicators. He won three national competitions. He won a national award. He contributed to two computer solutions, which achieved national best results and were adopted nationally. |

Vijayakumar Varadarajan |
Prof. Dr. Vijayakumar Varadarajan is currently an EAI Fellow. He is a Visiting Professor at UNDIP Indonesia. He served as a Visiting Professor at La Latrobe University and also the Dean of International Division at Ajeenkya DY Patil University. He is the President and Founder of Global Students Nest. He has published many articles in national and international level journals, conferences, and books. He is a reviewer for IEEE Transactions, Inderscience and Springer Journals. His research interests include computational areas covering grid computing, cloud computing, computer networks, cyber security and big data. He received his university-level Best Faculty Award for 2015–2016. He is also a member of several national and international professional bodies including IFSA, EAI, BIS, ISTE, IAENG, CSTA and IEA. |

Robert Minasian |
Professor Minasian is a Chair Professor with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Sydney, Australia. He is also the Founding Director of the Fibre-optics and Photonics Laboratory. His research has made key contributions to microwave photonics, and he is internationally renowned as a world leader in the field of photonic signal processing. He is recognized as an author of one of the top 1% most highly cited papers in his field worldwide. Professor Minasian was the recipient of the ATERB Medal for Outstanding Investigator, awarded by the Australian Telecommunications and Electronics Research Board. He is a Life Fellow of the IEEE, a Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of the Optical Society of America (now Optica), and a Fellow of The Royal Society of NSW. |
